They try to help you understand your own “house” and basic approaches to body maintenance and repairs. They say that we are in control of our health destiny, our age destiny and our mental and intellectual destiny. You have the power to control more than 70% of how well and how long you will live. In the case of your age destiny, caring for your heart; caring for your immune system; aging caused by environmental or social issues to avoid stress (which is a killer). This is not just a short term reading and understanding the rules, they will lead you to answers and understanding.
The good doctors tell us for instance that hormones are your body’s regulators. They keep your energy levels,water supply and heating levels in order. They regulate the ability to conceive or even want to. On the other hand, lack of enough can make you feel weak, tired and uninterested and can even cause you to gain unsightly weight.
There is not one part of your magnificent system that they leave out…from your toes to your nose and above. One more factoid the two doctors relate is, half of all the people who have heart attacks have never felt a symptom—or at least never recognized what they felt as a symptom. There’s so many clues we don’t see. You will get them all here. Do you think that eventually you will have mental capacity loss?
